AUTOFOR diamond rollers are longitudinal diamond rollers that
arranging and sintering angular prism-shaped artificial diamonds in
a circular shape, which highly reproduces the dressing accuracy.

Electroformed diamond wheel
Diamond wheels are embedded in the interior by electroforming,
featuring diamond wheels with multiple thin abrasive grain layers.
Compared with the previous dresser, the diamond layer is thinner,
the abrasive grain density is higher, and the dressing resistance
is smaller. It is suitable for fine-axis grinding wheels and
fine-grain grinding wheels.
Electroplating rollers use the principle of electroplating to first
coat nickel on the substrate, and then absorb the abrasive (diamond
or CBN) on the surface of the substrate under the action of
current.
